Easy Gluten-Free Puff Pastry Apple Tart

Make these super easy and delicious apple tarts with just four ingredients - Schär gluten-free puff pastry, apples, organic sugar, and goat milk butter.

  • 1 sheet Schär Gluten-Free Puff Pastry
  • 3 Small Organic Apples
  • 1/4 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Granulated Cane Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Meyenberg European Style Goat Milk Butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Thaw one sheet of gluten-free puff pastry dough. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Cut the puff pastry into four squares and place on the prepared pan spread apart. Place in the fridge until ready to use.

  3. Cut the butter into small cubes and place in the fridge until ready to use.

  4. Peel the apples, then slice removing the core. Place the apples on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with sugar and place the pieces of butter on top.

  5. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool and remove the black stuff from the puff pastry tarts. Enjoy!
