I’m excited to be a part of this wonderful blogger collaboration and The Casual Veggie eCookbook! What it’s all about…
From artichoke to parsnip to zucchini, you’ll learn what to look for at market, how to store it at home, tips for easy prep, basic nutrition, plus 4 – 8 delicious recipes for each of the 29 veggies.
Digital & Printable
The best part about a digital cookbook is that no printing costs means waaaayyy more content than we could include in a printed version. Plus, each recipe comes with a full size photo. But don’t worry, the recipe prints separately so you won’t waste ink.
The Casual Veggie is all about celebrating the variety and diversity of veggies, in a way that everyone can enjoy. Each recipe is developed by a modern food blogger, skilled in writing tasty, creative, and engaging recipes. You’ll find tempting recipes for every diet and lifestyle.
This cookbook is not diet specific. If you need help converting the recipes to gluten free, dairy free or casein free versions of the originals just let me know and I’ll be glad to help. It’s a great chance to meet other fantastic food bloggers and have access to their cooking style and recipes – whether it is vegetarian, vegan, paleo, whole 30 or just yummy food!
So don’t worry if you loaded up on lots of fresh veggies from the farmer’s market and aren’t quite sure what to do with it all. We’ve got you covered!
