The Weekly Menu March 6 – March 19 #glutenfree #menuplanning
Well I’ve done a lot of weekly menu planning up to this point, but since most of my major school projects, presentations and papers hit at once – I need something quick to get us to Spring Break. Then things should get back to normal as I ride the wave to graduation and the Wine & Food Fest! So I’m going to use a couple old weekly menus – and isn’t that actually what they should be used for anyway!
Then we’ve got some fun food ideas and experiments coming up over Spring Break (March 20 – 26). Will we be able to finally make good homemade pierogies??? I’ll tell you about the flour mix we are using. And I need to restock our homemade chicken stock and gumbo, too… maybe some Persian food!!!
