Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone! I’m looking forward to this game and of course all the commercials. We have our gluten free spread ready to go and nibble on all day. Yay!
School is getting pretty busy for me – I have a lot of reading, a paper due, a presentation and a mid-term coming up. That usually means less time in the kitchen cooking.
So I like to plan things that are easy and that Brett can make easily, too. Alright, here is the gluten free, dairy/casein free, mostly organic and non-GMO menu for the week!

Monday – Chicken Tamales & Refried Black Beans
Tuesday – Baked Potatoes with Turkey Chili
Wednesday – Chicken Tortilla Soup
Friday – BBQ Carnitas Tacos with Slaw (use leftover pork instead of chicken)
Saturday – Persian Rice LOOBIA POLO BA HAVIJ
Sunday – Turkey Taco Salad
