It’s time for the weekly menu again with lots of tasty gluten free and dairy free recipes! We are trying two new recipes this week – a new seasonal salad (of course) and a Persian dish called Loobia/Lubia Polo (green bean rice). I’ve tried to make it before but this time I’m using Fae’s version from Fae’s Twist & Tango. Should be amazing!
The Weekly Menu
Monday – Egg Rolls, Dumplings (from Feel Good Foods) and Veggie Salad
Tuesday – Lubia Polo
Wednesday – Spinach Salad with Grapefruit, Pomegranate, Veggies, Nuts, Avocado and Spicy Cajun Grilled Chicken Breast & White Wine Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Thursday – Chicken Stew with Mashies
Friday – Bison Burgers & Roasted Potatoes
Sunday – Carnitas Burrito Bowls
