The Christmas Gluten-Free Weekly Menu
We are not traveling this year for Christmas so I’ll be cooking this week and thought I’d share the menu, plus I’ll be posting a blog soon with the recipe for #glutenfree #caseinfree Hollandaise sauce and faux Béarnaise. It’s easy and fabulous! Be safe if you are traveling and we wish you all very happy holidays! Here is the gluten-free weekly menu for Christmas week.
Monday – Chicken Stew with Mashies
Tuesday – Singapore Street Noodles
Wednesday – Eggs Benedict with Asparagus
Thursday – Grass fed Sirloin Steaks, Faux Béarnaise, Spiced Potatoes and Asparagus
Friday – Dinner out (probably Maudie’s Tex Mex)
Saturday – Kale Pesto with Rice Noodles
Sunday – Thai Beef Salad (in the eCookbook); Sweet Potato Brownies
Most of these recipes are on the blog (or will be soon) and in my eCookbook! There are lots of soups, stews, salads, main courses, sides and baked goodies! It makes the perfect gift for your #glutenfree #caseinfree friends or family.
