Southwestern Taquitos #glutenfree #caseinfree

We’ve adapted the original recipe for southwestern egg rolls (like we used to get at Chili’s) to make it easier and cheese-less (so no more casein). It’s a very similar filling (minus the cheese) as the original and we used corn tortillas brushed with olive oil and baked in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. The Southwestern Taquitos were awesome and so much easier than making gluten-free flour tortillas from scratch!
